Being in the flow

Here is a fun visual: What if we pictured that we are floating down the river of life?
You can be in or on anything you like.
How does your river feel? Is it flowing too fast for you? Is it too calm? Are you moving? Is it too turbulent? Is it just gently flowing along? What do you see? What do you like best? How do you want your river to be and feel? What do you want to see along your journey?
Do you feel like you are at the whim of the river (or other people or forces in your life)? We can often feel that way, but that is not ever truly the case. We are really the ones that choose how we want our river to be and what we want our river to provide. We just need to be very clear in the vision of what we choose.
What if we find a log in our path (a limiting belief or a challenge)? How do we handle it? Should we sit there forever and stare at the log, get upset with it, yell at it, or just hope it goes away? Or do we call for some help (a life coach) to help us move it out of our way? Little choices like this help us stay in the flow of our perfect river and our perfect life.
