What is life coaching?

I life coach based on the following philosophy …
We all know the answers to our own questions. We each know all the things big and little that would make our life perfect so that we can feel in the flow all of the time. We just don’t always know how to ask the right questions of ourselves or how to listen for and hear our own answers. More importantly we do not always accept and trust our own answers.
Many times our society has taught us not to listen to ourselves – that the answer is out there somewhere – the miracle cure is out there – that someone else has the answers – that our parents, our teachers, or some expert has our answer. After all, what could we know? We can actually begin to believe it.
We really do know everything. Would you like to find out what you know? I coach on how to question yourself – how to ask yourself the right questions – how to ask what is right for you. Then I coach on how you can hear and trust your own answers.
