Does your job fulfill you?

Maybe you like your current job well enough but somehow feel it could be better. Or maybe you are actually thinking of a new job or a new career.

 

I’ll be the first to say that you should explore those options, but at the same time you might as well make the best of where you currently are.

 

To find ways to be happy where you are does not mean you have to stay there – it only makes best use of this moment in time for you.

 

Do the best you can at the job you have. Master what you do. Find ways to do it better. Are you not challenged enough or are you bored? Decide what would be fun for you to do and good for the company, then present the idea to them. That is a double win.

 

Do you have too much work? Find ways to delegate or ask for an assistant – tell them a well balanced non stressed employee is a better employee.

 

When we feel more fulfilled in the job we have – we are in a position to attract even better things at our current work or even better things at different work. We actually attract better things in all areas of our life!

 

Oops did I say work? I mean play. That’s right, find ways to play at your work for ultimate happiness. Dreams come faster when we are happy and at play.
