That it does not really matter what is going on around us… who says what ... or who does or does not do something.   We choose our focus, our thoughts, our words and our responses. Those are the real things that make or break our day. It all starts with our intention at the beginning of the day. Do we anticipate that this day will be great and full of wonderful opportunities and experiences? Can we focus on what is good about everything that happens around us?   Let’s never give away our power – no way, this good or bad day is entirely within our control! Can I tell you a secret? I think I very occasionally let a bad day happen because it makes me appreciate the good days so much more.   How good was our day yesterday? How good will our day be today?
